What's so special
about New Zealand?

Picture
More than a destination. A different way of life.

It’s no secret that New Zealand is breathtakingly beautiful. Aotearoa is a country of big landscapes, diverse communities and a distinctly relaxed approach to life.

But New Zealand is more than its physical landscape. From the energy of Auckland and Wellington to the beaches, mountains and smaller communities across the country, there are plenty of different ways to experience life here.

It’s rich in culture and stories, safe and welcoming for families. It's nimble in its ability to change and progress thanks to its small but sparky size.

Work & opportunity
New Zealand has a diverse economy and opportunities across many industries, including healthcare, construction, engineering, technology, education, professional services and more.
The employment market is different from the UK and other countries, though, so it's worth doing your research before making the move.
Understanding your industry, your qualifications and the skills employers are looking for can all make a difference.

Life in Aotearoa
For some, it's the opportunity to build a new career.
For others, it's the lifestyle - more time outdoors, space to explore and a strong connection with nature.

And for many people, it's a combination of both.

New Zealand has a population of around five million, so even its largest cities can feel relatively manageable compared with many major international cities. At the same time, you don't have to travel far to find beaches, forests, mountains and some spectacularly wild places.

We've got a small population, friendly and relaxed people, an enviably high standard of living, world-class education and healthcare and relatively low crime rates.

We're also a melting-pot of cultures, thanks to our unique mix of indigenous Maori people, and generations of immigrants from Europe, Asia and all just about everywhere.

Is New Zealand right for you?
Moving countries isn't for everyone, and the reality of life in New Zealand can be very different from the holiday version.

That's why we're interested in the bigger picture - the opportunities, the practicalities, the challenges and the things that make people decide to stay.

Take a look around, do your research and get a feel for what life here could actually be like.

And if the idea still sounds good?
Maybe it's time to start turning the dream into a plan.

How about some fun?

You'll want to get out and enjoy this beautiful country once you are here - the outdoors lifestyle is one of the major drawcards for New Zealand.

You're never too far from the coast and with stunning lakes, rivers, tracks and more - there is plenty of choice for you and your family.

This stunning video was captured on Christmas morning near Rotorua by one of our clients.
What a place to wake up on Christmas Day. The dawn birdsong is simply beautiful.
